Join us for two weekends of unforgettable performances that dive deep into passion and romance. This electrifying program opens with original choreography by guest artists and Artistic Director Claire Solis, showcasing fresh voices and bold movement that explore passion in all its complexity.
The production culminates in a fiery reimagining of Carmen by Claire Solis, bringing new excitement to Bizet’s timeless story and offering audiences an engaging and visually stunning experience. This memorable performance will linger with you well beyond the final curtain.

Pas de Deux Redeux with Armory Square Playwrights
Sky Hill Farm Studio presents Synergy: A night of contemporary choreography fueled by the artistry of East Coast Contemporary Ballet & Central New York Ballet. For one night only, a curation of works by each artistic director and other choreographers take the stage at the Hozier Auditorium in a meld of artistic voices shaping a musical journey.
At the CNY Pride Festival in 2024, the CNY Ballet presented the “Rainbow Rhythms” showcase, a dazzling display of entertainment. They performed at the main stage amphitheater at Progress Park in Inner Harbor Syracuse.
In May 2024, Central New York joined a diverse community of movement makers for MERGE Festival. Breadcrumbs Productions and Deviant Dance Tribe collaborated to produce MERGE – a festival celebration of local dancers through performances and educational offerings.
In 2024, CNY Ballet made our official Syracuse debut with wildly successful performances of “Swan Lake – Act II & Bolero” on April 6 & 7 at The OnCenter Carrier Theater. The performance featured the iconic, enigmatic fairy tale of Swan Lake and the bold, contemporary world premieres of pieces by Aldo Kattón & Jared Brunson.
